Important Note:
- Shipping fees will only be covered if the products are defective in quality.
- Items being returned or exchanged should be unworn, unused, unwashed (unless there is a fading problem), in good condition, and with their original tags and packaging.
- Beauty products, for sanitary reasons, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.
- Free gifts should be returned with the items.

Return Timeframe:
You have 30 days to return most items. However, please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Fee:
The shipping fee depends on the reason for the return.
